So Dylan's birthday week has final come to an end. Our living room is covered in gifts bags, tissue paper and gifts and he is one happy little boy. We had a "friend" party for him at 360 gymnastics this afternoon. It was so cool. They set up different courses for the kids to run, jump and tumble through. Then after an hour of tuckering them out they come together for cake and presents. The smiles make the time and money so worth it.
We also have a tradition of Fazzaris Pizza with the grandparents. So after the party we met for pizza. Although Dylan loves this, once the pizza was gone he was ready to get home to his new Legos.
Now we are relaxing. Gearing up for another week of school and work.
Today I am thankful for friends. Not mine, but my sons. How lucky he is to have so many friends that want to share his birthday with him:)
I love that you say what you are thankful for at the end of eaach post. Sometimes it is so hard to find the good in things but you continuously find the good in something every single post you write. I really admire that you take the time to think about these things. I also noticed that the things that you are thankful for don't always benefit you dirctly. You seem like such a selfless person which in my opinion is an amazing quality to have. Thank you for all of the great posts.
